WPBM-200 planetary ball mill

Experiment Procedures：

●Take a number of calcium carbonate D3 particle samples and put them into the agate jar, add agate beads of different sizes, put the grinding jar into the grinding bin and fix it, and close the lid.

●Turn on the power supply, click the interface to set the running parameters "speed 500, running time 5min, forward and reverse rotation times 5", and start the operation of the instrument.

●When the grinding is over, turn off the power and take out the sample.

●The sample was sieved with a 200-mesh sieve.

Experimental results: the samples were all ground and crushed to meet experiment requirements.

Note：

●It is recommended to choose small radius grinding beads for particle samples, and pay attention to the mixing ratio of sample volume to grinding beads.

●When the sample is placed in the grinding chamber, pay attention to the leveling, and standardize the operation during the use of the instrument.

●The sample will have a small residue on the grinding jar and grinding beads, user can pour samples together with beads on to the sieve to reduce sample loss.
