On 5th February, our customer from the United States inquired about our updated centrifuge, checking whether it is capable to holding stainless steel jars and related questions. Although it was in Chinese Spring Festival holidays, we still confirmed the questions one by one to customers, and checked the possibility on our centrifuge, as usually we used the standard swing rotor with the matched buckets, for example, swing rotor 4x500mL, with four 500mL buckets.

After we settled down the problems, we gave our client the lead time and delivery plan, and followed up the next processes.
It also took a while to final decision of the order, as customers needed time to check all the details with us. We started the production on receipt of payment copy, meanwhile offered the service of OEM label and logo.

Open the package, carefully remove the centrifuge, and place it on a solid horizontal countertop.
Connect the power to the machine according to the power of the machine, turn on the switch, the control panel will light up, and touch the startup interface lightly to make the screen display enter the main operation interface.
Press the open button, clean the packaging foam and other foreign matter in the centrifuge chamber, and check whether the rotor is strong.
Check the packing list: Check whether the host, accessories, tools, and files are complete and correct.
After completing the above work, carry out debugging of the centrifuge.
Debugging steps
Follow the operating steps of each model. Before starting the machine, first check whether the rotor is loose, whether the centrifuge is leveled, and whether it is in firm contact with the horizontal surface. If there is no abnormality, run it with no load. Set the maximum speed to 1000r/min. Start the machine and run it to After 1000r/min, set the maximum speed to 2000r/min. When the speed reaches 2000r/min, increase the speed by 1000r/min until the maximum speed allowed by the rotor of this machine.
Configure the maximum load. If you are using a swing rotor, you should press the cup with your hand to see if there is a cup jam phenomenon. If there is no abnormality, start running. The maximum speed is set to 1000r/min. After starting up, run to 1000r/min. , and then set the maximum speed to 2000r/min. When the speed reaches 2000r/min, increase it by 1000r/min until the maximum speed allowed by the rotor of this machine. If there are no exceptions, the debugging is successful.
